Frequently Asked Questions

What does “digital transformation” actually mean for a small business?

It’s building the technology pieces that make your business run better with the same team you already have — capturing customers without losing them, following up without relying on someone remembering, organizing information that’s currently scattered across WhatsApp, paper, and spreadsheets. It’s not “having more technology” for its own sake — it’s solving a specific problem in your day-to-day operation.

How much does it cost to digitize my business?

It depends on the problem it solves, not on a fixed rate. A well-planned project starts by defining the minimum needed to solve your specific problem — that’s what determines the cost, not a generic price list. Before giving you any number, we sit down to understand exactly what you need.

How long does it take to have something working?

A first usable result, usually weeks, not months — that’s the whole point of starting with the minimum needed instead of trying to build everything at once. The full scope of the project depends on how big what you’re solving actually is.

I don’t know anything about technology — can I still do this?

Yes — and honestly, we’d rather you didn’t have to learn anything about technology. Our job is to understand your business and translate that into the technical solution, not for you to learn technical terms just to be able to hire us.

What happens if I hire this and it doesn’t work as expected?

We stay until it works. We don’t deliver something and disappear — we’re invested in the business outcome actually happening, not just in checking off a technical deliverable.

Do you work with small businesses, or only large companies?

We work with businesses that have a real problem to solve, whatever the size. What we do evaluate before accepting a project is whether we’re a good fit for what you need — we don’t take on everything that comes our way.

Do I have to meet with you in person?

We can start the conversation remotely, but we prefer to close the details in person when possible — a project that’s going to change how your business runs deserves that face-to-face conversation.
