What Is Devonic

Devonic is my own LLC, based in Florida and serving businesses primarily in Miami, Orlando, and Tampa. The focus is on two things: business process automation and custom software development, with a strong bilingual (English/Spanish) orientation for the South Florida market.

Most clients come from industries where manual, repetitive work is still the norm — healthcare admin, insurance, logistics, real estate — and where a well-placed automation can save dozens of hours per week.

What I Build for Clients

AI agents and assistants: Conversational agents that handle customer inquiries, appointment scheduling, document triage, or lead qualification — bilingual, available 24/7, integrated with existing tools (WhatsApp, email, CRM).

Document processing pipelines: Systems that read, classify, and extract data from PDFs, forms, and scanned documents at scale. Built on Claude’s vision and language capabilities.

WhatsApp automation: Business messaging workflows via the WhatsApp Business API — confirmation messages, follow-ups, alerts, and two-way conversation flows with escalation paths to human agents.

Custom web applications: Full stack development from database design to deployed product. Most projects are Vue.js or Nuxt on the frontend, Node.js/PostgreSQL on the backend, containerized with Docker.

Data analytics dashboards: Operational dashboards that surface the metrics business owners actually care about — revenue by period, conversion funnels, inventory movement, staff performance.

Stack and Philosophy

I build with the same stack across projects: Vue.js / Nuxt / Astro on the frontend depending on the SEO and rendering requirements; Node.js + PostgreSQL on the backend; Docker for deployment; Claude API for AI features; Cloudflare for edge and DNS.

The consistency matters. I can move faster, debug faster, and hand off work more cleanly when every project shares the same foundation. Clients benefit from shorter timelines and lower maintenance costs.

The Bilingual Advantage

A significant share of the South Florida business market operates in Spanish — owners, staff, customers. Most software vendors don’t account for this. Devonic’s AI agents are genuinely bilingual: they switch languages mid-conversation, handle cultural context, and don’t lose coherence at the language boundary. This is a real differentiator in the market.
