Los agentes pasan una parte importante de cada llamada buscando manualmente beneficios de planes, formularios y médicos en red — mientras el cliente espera. Errores, llamadas largas, conversiones perdidas.
Las flotas pequeñas reciben multas del DOT/FMCSA porque la CDL o el certificado médico de alguien venció. Sin departamento de cumplimiento, las hojas de cálculo y la memoria fallan bajo presión.
Llevar tu camper a otro continente es logísticamente imposible — los vuelos no transportan furgonetas, el envío cuesta miles, las flotas son impersonales. No existía una plataforma de intercambio cross-border para la comunidad vanlife. VanPoint lo resuelve.
